FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME ESTATE-LEVEL HOUSEKEEPER needed in BANNOCKBURN, IL 60015

This busy, professional couple is seeking an experienced, trustworthy and discrete housekeeper to stay with them long-term. Duties include: Deep clean and maintain the 10,000 square foot home, organizing, cleaning various fine and delicate surfaces including silver, crystal and various types of stone, laundry, ironing, restocking supplies when needed, greeting guests and receiving mail/packages, cleaning the outdoor patios and furniture, occasional preparation and general assistance at dinner parties or events--as needed, and pet care--feeding, letting out, giving timely medication to, etc. Housekeeper should have prior experience working in a large, high-end home and also understand the importance of maintaining discretion. Couple will typically be in/out of the house. Housekeeper will also work part of the day with the other housekeeper in the home (she's there 9am-5pm), so housekeeper must work well both independently and as a team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, be very detail-oriented and looking to make a long-term commitment. Candidate must be adhering to all CDC COVID-19 guidelines. Uniforms will be provided to the Housekeeper.

This is a long-term position for 5 days and 25-35 hours a week.

Work days and hours:

Option 1 (30 hours/week): Monday-Friday: 4pm-10pm NOTE: If housekeeper is not able to stay every day until 10pm, a few days would work. Would do earlier start times on the other days and/or some weekend times

Option 2 (35 hours/week): Monday-Friday: 3pm-10pm NOTE: If housekeeper is not able to stay every day until 10pm, a few days a week will be okay. Would do earlier start times on the other days and/or some weekend times

Option 3 (25 hours/week): Monday-Friday: 5pm-10pm NOTE: If housekeeper is not able to stay every day until 10pm, a few days a week will be okay. Would do earlier start times on the other days and/or some weekend times

Option 3 (25-35 hours/week): Family can be a bit flexible on the schedule-. Prefers weekday afternoons and at least some days until 10pm. Can also add in weekend times if needed.

Benefits: 1 week paid vacation, 6 national holidays, 2 sick days.
