A loving, down-to-earth and professional family in Spring Green is looking for an experienced nanny for their 3 children.

Both parents are lawyers, and have demanding schedules. When there is down time, they value spending quality time together as a family. They love to camp, swim and take trips up north as much as possible. Dad is a beekeeper in his spare time and Mom + the kids love to tend to the garden and bake up treats in the kitchen!

The family consists of 2 (soon to be 3!) children. The 4 year old goes to school full days, so until new baby arrives, the main focus will be on the 2 year old. In the summertime, the nanny will be responsible for all 3 children. Both girls are incredibly sweet, loving and curious. They love to help in the kitchen, do art projects, have dance parties and play in the backyard.

Once the new baby arrives, the nanny's main duties will be maintaining the infant + toddler's daily schedules, creating fun, and age appropriate activities to encourage + support their development, and most importantly, maintaining a safe and loving space for them to learn and grow in. The nanny will also be responsible for preschool transportation.

Due to the nature of the parent's careers, it is imperative that the nanny is extremely reliable and dependable. The parents rely 100% on the nanny to give them peace of mind that the children are in the best of hands so they can be present in court. Being on time is a must.

The ideal candidate will be loving, warm, creative, organized, and reliable. They hope to find someone who values open-communication and has a genuine love for working with children. They would love for their nanny to get the children outside as much as possible and plan fun outdoor adventures for them.

Extra duties that would be appreciated are help with loading/unloading dishwasher (hand-washing when appropriate), the children's laundry and general organization + tidiness of the children's common areas. Meal prep would be a major plus! No major cleaning is necessary.

The family has had the same nanny for the last 3 years. They truly view the nanny as a part of the family and value + respect their role. They look forward to welcoming their new nanny and hope they will stay long-term with their family.

Nanny's Schedule: M-Fr: 8am-5pm *flexibility on the end time is a major bonus as sometimes their cases get out late and they arrive home at 5:30 (latest 6pm).

Compensation: $23-*25+/hr BOE *competitive salary based on experience

Benefits: guaranteed salary pay, 1 week PTO of nanny's choice, extra PTO when family takes vacation, paid federal holidays that align with parent's work schedule, weekly gas stipend, raises and bonuses based on performance, $200 monthly health insurance stipend *benefits negotiable during interview process
