Full time commercial construction project manager Job at Joyner Construction Partners, LLC

Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and guide them through the process from concept to completion
- Budget and estimate projects (with assistance from other staff)
- Create, monitor, and update project schedules
- Coordinate with clients, design team members, building departments, subs, vendors, and other professionals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience (local preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented and strong affective communication skills
- Ability to support and grow other members or the team
