We have an immediate need for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper, who is self-driven, responsible, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker with prior experience in office management and proficient in QuickBooks.

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Primary Job Function: Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting. This position will also be responsible for maintaining efficient internal controls, and adherence to accounting policies and other company policies and procedures. Responsible for collections of all A/P, and A/R functions and assisting with certain HR tasks (including payroll) and administrative office support. Assisting with scheduling service calls and appointments, dispatching technicians, and talking to customers on the phone.

Pay Scale: $20- 25 per hour depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Must pass drug and background screens
  • Expert QuickBooks skills
  • Advanced computer skills (proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior office management experience (bookkeeping, customer service, project management)
  • Experience working with AP/AR, payroll, and basic business bookkeeping requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented, ability to multi-task
  • Well organized and ability to work independently
  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or construction trade is a plus
