Fulfillment Lead Person

We are looking for an organized, energetic person with good attention to detail to lead our new fulfillment operation.

As a fulfillment lead person in a jewelry environment, you will be responsible for processing work orders, packaging orders to customer specifications, preparing orders for shipment, training and overseeing packaging personnel, and ensuring that packaging material is prepared in advance of need.

To ensure success as a fulfillment lead person, you must be able to read and understand English, be able to communicate clearly to others, be flexible and willing to move quickly among different functions, and to ensure that customer procedures are followed by all packaging personnel.

Fulfillment Responsibilities

• Printing, reading, deciphering, and sorting work orders
• Sorting incoming merchandise and matching to orders
• Confirming merchandise information matches work order
• Visually inspecting the merchandise for flaws and irregularities
• Ensure that the quality of merchandise is maintained in the packaging process
• Packing the merchandise to customer specifications
• Preparing merchandise for shipment
• Ensuring that packing material is prepared in advance of need for efficient workflow
• Training and overseeing temporary workers in the fulfillment process.
• Performing other related duties in a manufacturing environment as needed based on fulfillment volume

Fulfillment Lead Person Requirements

• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English
• Ability to read and interpret written work orders
• Good organizational skills
• Must have the ability to train and work closely with others
• Order entry or order processing experience is an advantage
• Ability to stand while working for several hours at a time
• Overtime as required based on seasonal volume
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
