The candidate's responsibilities for this position include the overall conditions of the sales floor, cooler, and freezers, as well as overseeing the frozen/dairy employees. Communication with management and employees within your department is key, while having a team member approach to the job. Smile, greet, and be curteous to customers. Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. Be punctual, work your schedule, and assist in any way possible.
