Johnson Barrow has been a leader in Commercial HVAC for over 50 years in the Pacific Northwest as a mechanical rep firm with offices in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and British Columbia.
This position is located in our Seattle, WA office and takes care of day-to-day office coordination along with administrative support for our sales teams. This role provides opportunity to learn about our industry and offers ample room for growth.

Job Duties

  • Front office reception and management of multiple line phone system
  • Administrative support for multiple departments
  • Purchasing of office supplies and maintaining office tidiness
  • Event planning assistance for customer events, golf tournaments, meeting coordination
  • Employee and customer travel booking
  • Assist with employee onboarding activities related to security, desk set up and building orientation
  • Mail distribution
  • Assistance to HR & IT for computer and asset tracking
  • 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
