Building Maintenance Enterprise, Inc. is a small business in Dallas, TX. We are a family owned commercial janitorial cleaning company that services all DFW - Metroplex areas.

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who has experience working in a high-energy environment and has a proven track record of hiring great employees. We're also seeking an individual who is well-versed in maintaining accurate records and creating professional reports, and can quickly respond to customer requests in a positive and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors
- Answer phones and emails.
- General admin tasks.
- Order and maintain office and janitorial supplies.
- Get supplies ready for different locations
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, conf rooms and breakroom
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Good customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft; Office, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable
- Have knowledge of basic office functions such as faxing, photocopying, and filing.
- Fluent in Spanish is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
