Unicoa Industrial Supply is a fun, fast-paced, medium-sized company with locations in Phoenix and Tucson. Our mission is ever-changing, but our main goal will always remain focused on our relationships with our co-workers and customers. We are an industrial wholesale supplier and due to company growth, we are looking for self-motivated, experienced individuals for our Font Counter Position in our Tool Repair Department. $22+/hr DOE with room to grow.
Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 4:00pm *closed on major holidays
Duties
- Process repairs through our P21 system
- Customer & vendor communication & follow up regarding tool repair estimates, warranties, scheduling tool pick-ups & delivery
- Answer all general inquiries by phone, email, and walk ins
- Pull & place orders for parts and transfers.
- Keep work area clean including parking lot, dock, work space, end of day shut down
- Stay organized with excel spreadsheets, work in progress for tools and parts, determine which tools can be scrapped
- Good customer service, good coworker communication, & heavy lifting required.
