What you will do as our next Front Desk Supervisor:
- Be the “face of our company” to guests as you greet, register, issue room keys, answer guest inquiries as needed, and answer and transfer calls promptly and politely in accordance with Prominence standards.
- Be a leader as you help coach and train the front desk team.
- Showcase your attention to detail as you monitor cleanliness of lobby and other guest areas, maintain accurate front desk records and complete required reports, and sign purchase requisitions and invoices for expenditures for your operational area.
- Be a team player as we work hard and have lots of fun!

What you need to be successful as a Front Desk Supervisor:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicates company policies to Team Members and enforces safety regulations.
- High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or 2 years related experience or training or combination of education and experience a plus
- Attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills.
