Job Summary:

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the needs of the guests while supervising department employees and workflow. This position demands a candidate who is confident with multitasking in a fast-paced environment, encourages and nurtures a positive work environment, and is comfortable with service recovery and conflict resolution.

The Front Desk Supervisor will assist the Front Office Manager, and will act as Manager on Duty in the absence of management.

**Hotel Supervisor Experience Required**

Job Overview:

-Supervise Front Desk employees’ workflow and ensure tasks are completed.

-Facilitate communication within and between departments.

-Engage with guest throughout length of stay, ensuring service satisfaction, billing accuracy, and adherence to Hilton brand standards and policy.

-Maintaining accurate logs, checklists, etc. throughout day, and relaying information to appropriate departments.

-Maintaining accurate billing and cash balancing.

-Review service scores through SALT and assisting Front Office Manager in diagnosing and resolving negative trends.
-Assisting Front Office Manager with any additional tasks as necessary

Experience:
