Job Description

A Front Desk Sales Associate is responsible for providing great guest experiences while helping us grow membership sales. A Sales Associate will operate the front desk of our massage center, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. This position is responsible for supporting our team of gifted massage therapists and caring sales associate staff – who are all dedicated to a warm, welcoming environment that our guests can feel, from the moment they walk through our doors.

SCHEDULE

We have an opening for a part-time or full-time position that would be responsible for driving sales and amazing guest experiences during peak times, including weekends, weekdays, and some weekday evenings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

• Meet goals for membership sales
• Effectively promote and sell retail products and gift cards
• Drive seasonal promotions
• Maintaining presentation of retail displays

Guest Scheduling

• Have a friendly, welcoming phone presence
• Be extremely detail-oriented to efficiently book appointments
• Maximizing therapists’ schedules
• Be able to prioritize and multi-task to manage high-volume calls

Guest Relations

• Have a genuine interest in getting to know clients
• Be able to converse with and connect to clients of different ages and backgrounds
• Ensure our guests are cared for, from the minute they walk through the door to the time that they leave the center
• Maintain thorough and accurate client notes
• Address guests’ complaints in a timely manner.

Teamwork

• Work effectively and positively with massage therapist and sales teams
• Must have excellent team mentality

Center Operations & Cleanliness

• It is important that we maintain an organized, sanitary and safe environment for our guests and our team. The front desk is responsible for hourly walk-through of the center to ensure that the lobby, restrooms, laundry room and break-room are clean and sanitized.
• Daily cleaning including vacuuming, dusting, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
