What You’ll Do

• Assist with general office duties.

  Assisting & Greeting Customers.
• Keep accurate records
• Data Entry

  Assisting with Vehicle Temporary Tags
• 
  Assisting entire staff with office duties
• 
  Cashiering and sales receipts.
• 
  Assisting with online advertising.
• 
  Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, forwarding, Screening phone calls, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
• 
  Any other job duties requested by management.

What We’re Looking For

• Reception Experience is required, Dealership Reception is a Major Plus
• 
  Must have reliable transportation
• 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Computers

  Hands-on experience with office equipment (i.e. Printers, Scanners & Fax Machines)
•
