Front Desk Receptionist Job at Westchester Eye Care
Westchester Eye Care is seeking a front desk receptionist to join our growing private practice.
Ideal candidates must be detail oriented, have excellent time management skills, be able to communicate with patients in a professional and friendly manner, and have a track record of dependability, including excellent attendance.
Duties and responsibilities include greeting patients and other visitors who come into our office, fielding phone calls, text messages, e-mails, and faxes, scheduling new and follow-up appointments for our patients, scanning and upload documents into Electronic Medical Records, collecting copayments, deductibles, and other fees, placing contact lens orders for patients, and maintaining confidentiality of all patient records.
We are willing to train the right candidate; no medical office experience necessary.

A four day work week, Monday through Thursday, 7:45 AM to 6:15 PM, is ideal for those who desire time to spend with friends and family, time for adventure, or time for rest and relaxation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
