We are looking for a full-time Receptionist & Administrative Assistant who will provide support through answering phones, greeting clients, arranging schedules and other clerical duties.

This is a GREAT opportunity for anybody who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced, rewarding environment and is looking for room to advance. No previous experience is necessary.

Duties for this position include:

  • Greeting clients
  • Upkeep of client records
  • Registration of new and existing clients onto services
  • Answering phones and assisting callers with their questions
  • Registering new and existing clients for upcoming seminars
  • Maintaining the client service areas
  • Administrative assistant duties

The ideal candidate would:
