Front Desk Receptionist Job at Americas Best Value Inn
We are looking for a front desk receptionist at the Americas Best Value Inn Chico. We are a motel located in downtown Chico. You must be friendly, courteous and respectful. Having excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills is a must. Job is full time or part time. Work hours vary: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am. What will you be doing most days?
- Assist guests in the check-in and check-out procedure, as well as, throughout the entirety of their stay
- Work on the hotel's electronic reservation system, as well as, other computer programs to ensure a seamless workflow
- Handle all financial matters - including credit card and cash transactions securely and accurately
- Cleaning the office and doing other chores
