Total Orthopaedic Care - Physical Therapy Lauderdale Lakes, FL 33313
Total Orthopaedic Care has been serving the Lauderdale Lakes and Pembroke pines community since 1990. We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic individual that can multi task in a busy medical office environment to work with our physical therapy team. Our physical therapy department is seeking an individual who has the ability to greet patients with a positive attitude, demonstrates superior communication skills, as well as excellent customer service. We are currently looking to hire someone to cover the Front desk in the evening from 11:30 - to 8 pm.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and returning voicemails
- Making new patient and follow up appointments
- Maintaining up-to-date patient records
- Contributing to a team effort by accomplishing tasks on time
- Maintaining strict confidentiality
- Documentation in Medical Records

Requirements:
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Medical Office Experience Preferred

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
