Altitude Trampoline Park Bradenton, FL is looking for energetic individuals with a passion for guest experience to join our management team! Our Managers are tasked with maintaining a safe and fun environment for all Altitude Trampoline Park employees and jumpers!
What You Need
The Front Desk Manager directs and coordinates and coordinates the activities of the front desk and is responsible for training, supervising, and disciplining all front desk staff members to maintain the desired standards of service. Must have Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
A Typical Day
Provides outstanding customer service and responds to customers' questions, complaints, or requests. Directs any unresolved issues to GM or AGM.- Orients and trains front desk staff
- Works under the direct supervision of the GM, who will indicate general assignments, limitations, and priorities.
- Ensures compliance with established Altitude Trampoline Park policies and procedures
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Work as a team with other management team members
- Perform any other services or duties as required by Management
- Flexible schedule
