Patients from around the country routinely come to our office for the most advanced dental treatment available. We provide implants and fixed arch restorations, changing the lives of the patients we serve. We are seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Associate to join our team of dental professionals in providing a premium patient experience. You will never be bored in our office!

Pay

Starting at $22/hr; negotiable based on experience

Potential for bonus after 90 days of employment

We care about our team members and understand the hard work that goes into providing a premium patient experience. You will be provided the necessary training and ongoing support to be successful in your role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice with a smile
• Create and maintain a productive and efficient schedule
• Check in and check out patients according to the practice protocols
• Enter and update patient information as necessary
• Appointment confirmation
• Collect patient payments as needed
• Other administrative tasks as delegated

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dental or Medical Front Desk Experience preferred
  • Knowledge Dentrix Practice Management Software is a plus
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
