Come join the White Buffalo Club, a 4 star hotel in downtown Jackson!
What you'll do:
Greet and assist arriving, departing, and in-house guests
Answer phone calls and assist with guest requests
Post charges and complete payments with accuracy
Communicate and coordinate with Housekeeping & Maintenance
Read and respond to hotel email
Create new gym memberships and check in existing members
Set up hotel, restaurant, spa, and activity reservations for guests

What we're looking for:
Passion for Jackson Hole
Friendly and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail
Guest service experience
Basic knowledge of computers and email
Ability to work unsupervised
