Essential Job Functions:
1. Maintain positive guest relations at all times
2. Check Guests into and out of hotel with a smile
3. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
4. Maintain complete knowledge at all times of all hotel features/services, hours of operation,
and room types
Job Requirements:
1. Previous customer service experience preferred
2. Positive, upbeat personality, works well on a team, desire to learn, and able to multi-task
3. Hours will vary- flexible schedule required
