Urgently hiring front agent/Night Audit

The Front Desk Associate works under the direction of the Front Desk Manager and Assistant General Manager. His or her responsibilities include performing daily checklist activities, providing optimum guest service & satisfaction, showing individual effectiveness, and following proper security & liability measures

BASIC FUNCTION :Provides exceptional service to all guests and potential guests by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manner. Performs all Front Desk related functions including but not limited to checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, problem resolution, etc. May also assist with set up breakfast and kickback which may include food preparation, set up, service and or cleaning after service. May be asked to perform duties of a Hot Breakfast Host / Hostess or Bartender when needed. Maintains a high standard of integrity, service and hospitality at all times to promote the hotel culture with customers and co-workers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Hours are (7A-3p or 3p-11p oe 11p-7A), however flexibility is needed to work evenings and weekends if needed. Hotels are 24/7/365, we do not give Holidays off automatically. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year are not eligible for requests off. Check In and Check Out Hotel guests * Book reservations over the phone and help promote our Radission system and its benefits * Responds promptly to any guests inquiries or complaints: offers alternate solution if guest demand cannot be met * Shows personal control in front of guests by maintaining positive attitude, staying calm & patient, avoiding use of negative language, and never displaying anger demonstrates a commitment to servicing the guest * Takes initiative to speak to a guest before them speaking to front desk clerk; acknowledges every guest * Must be able to lift 20 lbs for stocking of lobby Market if needed.

Job Type: Full-time/Part Time

Salary: $9.50 to $12.00 /hour
