For over 25 years, RCH Enterprises, Inc. has provided top quality protein products to our vast customer base of processors, distributors, and restaurants nationwide, and has recently branched out into freight brokering.

The Opportunity:

• RCH Enterprises has an immediate opening for a self-motivated, experienced, freight broker to join our growing team.
• Freight brokers are responsible for finding, maintaining, and growing new and existing customer accounts.
• Successful candidates will have the ability to form and maintain strong relationships with accounts.
• Industry experience is strongly recommended but not required.
• RCH Enterprises will provide the successful candidate with 50/50 commission based pay.

Job Requirements:

• Make outbound calls to establish and maintain relationships with customers and carriers.
• Negotiate rates
• Sales minded and driven to succeed
• Must be honest and trustworthy
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

Freight brokering experience: 1+ Year preferred but not required

Customer Service Experience: 1+ Year preferred but not required

Proficient in the Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,783.00 - $202,164.00 per year
