Overview


The Associate Merchandiser for FP Movement is responsible for the conception and execution of a variety of eCommerce duties, including monthly email marketing and site experience, the creation of brand appropriate online categories and the overall maintenance of the site.


Responsibilities


  • Concept and execute monthly email marketing and site experience by leveraging strong awareness of key products and trends in the business, coupled with information and recommendations from Analytics team
  • Support in the execution of total FP Movement site strategy through attentive on-site merchandising, a creative perspective on trends, and business insights/recommendations from Analytics team
  • Manage, coordinate and execute creative FP Movement capsules for all direct and wholesale photoshoots, working closely with product and ensuring each capsule has a strong merchandising angle
  • Oversee product presentation and category maintenance across the site, app and email marketing to ensure consistency and strong brand POV
  • Own the email prep process for all relevant marketing, which includes: creating and maintaining Asana cards for daily campaigns, tracking weekly selling and inventory on all featured styles, and acting as the point person for Graphic Design and Copy teams to ensure the Merchandising vision is translated through copy and imagery for each message
  • Partner with Email Marketing team to efficiently and effectively launch daily email campaigns, as well as monthly site refreshes
  • Communicate key messaging information and trends to Marketing and Social teams to ensure web messaging is aligned with other channels of the business


Job Skills


  • 3+ years of merchandising experience
  • Awareness of the industry and trend, specifically within eCommerce
  • Understanding of the FP Movement customer and aesthetic
  • An impeccable eye for detail
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Self-starter and solution seeker
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and team-based environment
  • Excellent communication skills


Education


Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or similar discipline.

Hybrid in person (Philadelphia PA Home Office)
