1. Manages general ledger by reviewing journal entries submitted for accuracy and reviewing and analyzing monthly financial reports to identify matters requiring further analysis.
2. Works collaboratively with the Assistant Director of Finance to prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
3. Performs accounting and tax research, determines impact and assist in implementation of new requirements
4. Assists the Assistant Director of Finance with maintenance of various platforms utilized by the Finance Department, including recommending configuration changes
5. Using available financial and operating data, performs data and trend analysis
6. Reconciles accounts as needed and researches and promptly resolves discrepancies
7. Works independently and consistently exercises discretion and sound judgement in the area of Finance
8. Works on special projects, as assigned
9. May be required to work outside of regular scheduled work hours, as needed. Must be able to travel locally, as
required.

Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds.
Climb up and down up to 6 flights of stairs at a time.
