Great Northern – Chippewa Falls is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our growing manufacturing team! Are you ready to make a difference?

Our Forklift Operators Schedule:

· Monday through Thursday, 2:45pm to 11:15pm and Friday, 1:30pm to 7:30pm
· Hourly wage is $18.90. An additional $1.50 hourly shift differential is applied while working between the hours of 3:00pm and 7:00am.

Our Forklift Operators are Responsible For:

· Complete set up and operation of designated machine
· Follows production schedule for maximum machine efficiency
· Accurately reports set up time, run speed, downtime and waste in the production scheduling system for each job
· Knows, understands and follows all plant and general safety rules
· Conducts accurate and thorough quality checks

Our Forklift Operators Will Possess:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
· 1 to 3 years of related manufacturing or machine operating experience
· Ability to add, subtract, multiple and divide and correctly read a tape measure
· Ability to meet product specifications and quality standards of our Customers and Great Northern – CF
· A strong understanding of the importance of safety
· A team player who is driven to learn every day
