DAY-TO-DAY

As a Food Truck Cook / Kitchen Assistant, you are responsible for providing the customers at our restaurant with exceptional food service. You prepare food items from our menu as customers place orders and ensure each meal is cooked to perfection. While making our food, you use a variety of prepping and cooking techniques, such as chopping, seasoning, and grilling. You check that each order follows recipe specifications or special requests before it goes out to the customer. In addition, you keep your workspace clean and sanitized while following proper food safety guidelines. You enjoy having a culinary job where you get to cook delicious food that keeps our customers happy and coming back for more!
