The chic, stylish dining destination promises to deliver lively food and drink scene complete with a menu of premium meats & seafood served a la carte and tapas style.

Composed from traditional recipes from all over Asia, utilizing seasonal ingredients, we cook with one step short of craziness.

We offer a unique beverage program that combines artisanal sake cocktails and molecular homemade sodas.

REQUIREMENT
At least 1 year of restaurant experience. Be able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

Host/Hostess :

• We are looking for someone with experience, a positive personality and enthusiasm.
• Responsible individuals that can handle high volume take-out orders.
• Spanish speaking is preferred

Responsibilities and Duties
-Greet and seat customers with a smile!

-Make homemade sodas and alcoholic drinks.

-Receive and pack take-out orders.

-Collect payment for take-out orders.

-Hostess station cleaning and bar items restocking.

Server:

• Experienced servers with basic knowledge of Japanese/Asian food and liquor.
• Those who are polite, professional, fast, and can provide courteous service.

Line Cooks:

• Full time & Part time (Knows how to use a wok or sushi is preferred)
• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $28.00 per hour
