JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets guests with the upmost respect
- Responsible for effectively running food from the expo counter to the customer
- Responsible for making sure that the order is complete and correct before taking to the guest
- Maintains the cleanliness of work area at all times
- Making sure that all essential items are stocked and ready for service at all times
- Works as a team making sure that all opening, mid shift, and closing side work is completed each day
- Handles any complaints as quickly as possible with the correct procedures
- Promote the restaurant and resort functions by being knowledgeable about the resort and being able to communicate this information with guests
- Communicates effectively with both Front of House and Back of house staff
- Ensures all safety of other staff and patrons during service
- Carries out any other duties as advised from time to time
