Food Production Supervisor Job at HireQ
HireQ is looking for a Production Supervisor for our client in Chicago, IL who is capable of performing a multitude of supervisory functions in a flexible, fast-paced production environment. Overall, will be responsible for implementing and maintaining systems, driving manufacturing improvements as well as leading, coaching, motivating and engaging the work teams to accomplish operational objectives.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have three to five years of proven relevant experience in a similar position (supervisory or team leadership). Manufacturing experience required. Flexible to work off shifts and/or weekends as needed. Ability to manage change, priorities, deadlines ensuring follow up. Ability to communicate effectively. Adaptability and ability to exert influence. Experience leading crews in a Represented facility a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
