The Safety and Sanitation Inspector assists the Safety and Sanitation Supervisor with coordinating and conducting new hires/current employee training and ensuring quality assurance.
This position is responsible for inspecting all food and beverage outlets, kitchen areas to ensure compliance with environmental health and sanitation rules, regulations & other safety sanitation-related areas as deemed necessary.
Section 3: Responsibilities, Supporting Actions, and End-Results
Major Responsibility: Inspect all food service areas for compliance with Safety and Sanitation regulations and train employees on proper procedures for food handling according to Health Department standards
Supporting Actions:
- Conducts regulatory and hazard analysis inspections of all F&B outlets, dining, kitchen areas.
- Provides consultation and prepares reports relating to safety and sanitation issues.
- Prepares administrative reports and maintains inspection activity reports on a daily basis .
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
