The Grand Summit Hotel at Attitash at the base of Attitash Mountain in Bartlett, New Hampshire, incorporates scenic views of the Mt. Washington Valley and alpine fun into every hotel experience. The Grand Summit Hotel at Attitash offers one of the largest meeting and event complexes in the Mt. Washington Valley with over 12,000 sq. ft. of space that can be used in a variety of event layouts and configurations. From large-scale business meetings, retreats, and live events to special occasions and fairs, our hotel offers a multitude of indoor and outdoor spaces that can be customized to fit any group's needs. The hotel is also home to two fantastic restaurants to satisfy any hungry hiker or skier’s appetite; The Black Diamond Grille and The Tap House Bar & Grille.

Responsibilities

The Food and Beverage Director is responsible for the directing and overseeing of both restaurants on the premise of the Grand Summit Hotel at Attitash; The Tap House Bar & Grille and Black Diamond Grille. You will also be the executive chef of the Tap House. The position also holds authority over the planning of catering for specialty events on the premise and the banquet staff. This is a full-time position and may require weekends and holidays. This position comes with full benefits including Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, Paid time off , and more.
