We are looking for a team player with floral design experience or a willingness to learn floral design. Primarily looking for someone who can work night shifts that are 2pm-8pm but could also have the flexibility to work that day shift if needed. We are looking for fun individuals with a fun sense of humor that can work hard, but have fun while doing it. We like to joke around and listen to music while we work, so when looking for team members we look for people with a similar work philosophy.

We need people that can exhibit a cheerful, helpful demeanor when dealing with customers both in person and on the phone. Customer service is number 1!! Everyone on the team must be able to assist customers both on the sales floor and over the phone.

Must be able to operate a web based POS system to take customer orders. Must be able to read and speak English and possess basic math skills. All employees must Stock vases in the shed and on the shelves, Clean, fill and lift buckets, process flowers and break down cardboard. All team members must work to maintain the overall appearance of the shop.

We are looking for people with the ability or a willingness to learn to process flowers, design a variety of arrangements, both from a floral recipe as well as customized, as well as assemble a variety of wrapped bouquets. Wedding work and funeral work experience is a plus!!

Ability to work in a fast paced high volume environment, and stand on your feet for long periods of time. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and all major floral holidays. The week of Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, as well as the week before and of Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Must have a good sense of humor and have the ability to joke and laugh through strenuous weeks of work, as that is how we get through those crazy weeks. Pay is negotiable and depends on skills sets, speed and experience!!
