Position: "Floater - Handy Man" - Maintenance/Customer Service/ Delivery Driver / Projects

The Office BOSS has a Full Time position open for multifaceted role performing Maintenance, Construction Projects, Delivery, Janitorial, Customer Service in Shipping Services: This role involves wearing multiple "hats" and filling in for several other roles. Tasks include Shipping Services and assisting Customers in Retail sales, delivery of Office Products to the greater Truckee/NLT area, janitorial cleaning and basic facility maintenance and repair.

Full-Time Positions include a full benefits package: Medical and Dental insurance, paid Holidays, paid Vacation, Retirement plan.

The right candidate will have the following characteristics:

• Clean Driving record and a calm attitude on the road.
• Basic Construction use of tools and Project Completion
• Maturity and Confidence with a desire to help others in a positive friendly manner.
• Attention to Detail and very strong work ethic with a desire to complete daily tasks efficiently, accurately and reliably.
• High integrity with absolutely no drug or alcohol issues.
• Self-Motivation with a desire to move fast and accomplish all goals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs boxes and stand/move for most of the day.
• Ability to commute reliability to the Truckee Business Center under all weather conditions.
• Computer Skills--proficiency with MS Office is a Plus, but not necessary.
