DSSW/LifeSpan is seeking a
Floater to help support our growing
Ft.Worth, TX branch office.
We are an established and stable home health agency that provides in-home, medical and non-medical, care to the elderly and disabled so they can remain safe and comfortable in their home, with their family, and in the community.

Tasks:
- Provide attendant care services such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, light housekeeping, meal preparations and/or laundry on a scheduled as needed and/or emergency basis to ensure clients receive services.
- Responds to pages/calls within fifteen minutes and be available to provide attendant care services as assigned by the Scheduler and/or Program Director.
- Travel required for client visits/hourly care as necessary.
- Observe confidentiality policies at all times.
- Comply with federal, state, & company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills/Attributes:
- Able to work with a team to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Effective organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal relations skills, including active listening skills such as giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate.
Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Six (6) months to one (1) year previous staffing experience in a home health agency or other medical setting.
- Home Health experience strongly preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
