About the Position:
As a Flex Officer, you will patrol and secure assigned premises, as well as identify risks to staff and patrons. Flex Officers are called to stand post for specialized details, in emergency situations, or when additional coverage is needed!
Flex Officers receive an elevated pay rate, and overtime pay eligibility. Flex Officers must always remain available on short notice, in most cases officers will be notified in advance by their manager. Officers are trained at multiple sites to ensure site knowledge and post expectations.
FLEX Officers MUST have open availability!

Requirements:
Every Security Officer needs a CA Guard Card- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining alert at all times.
- Able to maintain professional under stressful situations.
- Ability to be a team player as well as a self-sufficient leader.
