Job Description:
We are looking for a Fleet Operations Clerk that will be responsible for providing administrative support to the plant operations team. This is a fast-paced position that reports into the Office Manager and supports the team as needed to help us exceed our customers’ expectations.
Job Requirements:
  • Data entry of completed work into customer websites.
  • Maintain records of production and process invoices.
  • Assist with shipping, create bills of lading and waybills.
  • Update production boards to provide visual representation of our production schedule.
  • Assist with HR functions as needed, such as back-up for payroll and assisting with on-boarding employees.
  • Able to pass drug screen and physical.
