Summary:

• Communicate daily with the Route Services Director on the needs of the vehicle fleet and all vehicle damage.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Perform vehicle maintenance & minor repairs.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and repair history in a spreadsheet.
• Provides 24/7 support assistance and back-up to the fleet as the need arises.
• Enforcement of company & departmental policy as it applies to fleet vehicles.
• Assist in training team members in completing vehicle inspection work sheets.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs with internal team members & specified vendors in the best interest of Golden Entertainment.
• Coordinate deliveries of vehicles and parts.
• Maintain vehicle emissions and registration compliance.
• Review repair quotes from vendors for accuracy.
• Evaluate vendors completed work prior to releasing vehicle into the active fleet.
• Coordinate vehicle safety recalls and emergency services as necessary.
• Carry and communicate via company provided cell phone while at work
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Work safely with hand and power tools
• Communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively with company management and vendors
• Able to successfully work independently
• Ability to apply common sense and reasoning to situations
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum three years previous experience performing same or similar job duties
• Able to successfully work independently
• Proven experience providing high level of guest service
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Possess and maintain a clean driving record
• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

• Valid driver license
• 10 Year Driving History Report

Physical Requirements

• Frequently push and/or pull up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently lift and/or carry up to 75 lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and/or chest levels, and over head
• Use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
• Work for sustained periods of time maintaining concentrated attention to detail
• Distinguish between shades of color
• Constantly walk, stand, and use of hearing and vision
