Fleet Coordinator, Wonderful Orchards Job at Wonderful Orchards

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain, utilize, and promote safe working practices and procedures
- Update and create equipment maintenance information on AssetWorks.
- Lead and oversee that all shops are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations and ensure inspections and certifications are performed on all necessary equipment
- Organize and participate in equipment onboarding and training at shops
- Perform basic routine inspections on equipment
- Update department SharePoint site with Shop Manuals, relevant websites, and parts breakdowns.
- Validate parts and functional compatibility between equipment already owned and new incoming equipment
- Oversee equipment oil sample results to ensure maximum efficiency and engine care
- Create and maintain a working relationship with multiple vendors, obtaining equipment status updates when being repaired and update WIP reports with relevant information
- Create SOPs and guides for equipment to assist shop personnel when performing repairs
- Work with training department to create trainings for shop mechanics.
Qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:
- High School Diploma / GED preferred
- Familiarity with computers
- MS Office proficient
- Flexibility in work locations (Mobile)
- Team-oriented individual with self-driven initiative
- Valid driver’s license
