PRINT LEAD I
KISSIMMEE, FL

This position processes Kase and/or Desco dry off-set printers to produce quality plastic nursery containers as specified by our customers.

Description:
•
Review printing work orders to determine printing specifications, machine set up procedures and supplies needed.

•
Be able to perform plates and colors changes 4-6 colors head printers.

•
Ability to operate multiple printing machines.

•
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex machine malfunctions.

•
Train, assign and review operators.

•
Relieve operators for breaks and lunch.

Basic Qualifications:
•
Must have printing process experience.

•
Work 12 hour rotating shifts.

•
This individual must be highly motivated and able to work in a high paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-year previous related experience from other Plastic processing company

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational/technical school training preferred; on-the-job training provided.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
