The Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading fitness classes cardio/strength.
Designs and instructs fitness routine courses. The Fitness Instructor teaches proper form for exercises, maintains control of the class, and allows participants to enjoy their fitness time.
Requirements:
- Industry-recognized Certification--ACE, AFFA, ACSM, NCSF, NASM
- Must have CrossFit experience
- Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Biomechanics or Exercise Science overrides certification requirement
- Ability to adapt training protocols to various individual needs
