PURPOSE OF POSITION: Buspersons will provide prompt, professional and courteous service to the entire restaurant.

SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior restaurant experience

• Tray carrying skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Scheduled: 3:00 P.M. till Closed

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proper water service

• Table clearing

• Crumbing of tables and chairs

• Proper efficient resetting of tables

• Replenishing side station throughout service including waters, silverware etc.

• Assisting team as necessary under server’s direction

• Precisely executing opening and closing side work duties

• Buff glassware to fully stock stations (upstairs and downstairs)

• Buff silverware

• Fill both hutches with appropriate linen (Available at equipment issue)

• Bring up linen bags, bar towels and napkins

• Set up bus stations (upstairs and downstairs) Set out appropriate racks for staff to use

• Preset enough trays for second turn

• Clean and organize both bus closets

• Out chairs in from outside back door and upstairs hallway

• Bring full linen bags to equipment issue

• Wipe down and sanitize sinks (these are used for food preparation during the day)

• Wheel the bus cart back to the dish room

• Tidies up the upstairs elevator bus station

• Verify and sign tip report sheet

• Check out with manager

• Other duties as assigned per Food & Beverage Department
