As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will assist with the company's SEC reporting activities including the preparation of Forms 10-K and 10-Q and other SEC and regulatory related filings. You will be responsible for technical accounting matters, maintenance of accounting policies, financial statement risk assessment, and other special projects. You will also have opportunities to support the global consolidation process.

What will you do?

• Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, statement of cashflows and statement of shareholders' equity
• Preparation of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, as well as other required filings with the SEC
• Support the domestic and international accounting entity close processes, including global consolidation efforts
• Anticipate new ASC and SEC disclosure requirements and update disclosures accordingly
• Research technical accounting matters and prepare technical accounting memos
• Maintain RSI's accounting policy manual to ensure accounting practices are conducted in accordance with US GAAP
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual month end close activities including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and fluctuation analysis
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the SEC filing process, including, but not limited to - corporate accounting, legal, and investor relations
• Develop and maintain a monthly financial reporting package to present results to the CFO and Controller
• Support other reporting and technical accounting related special projects, as assigned
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities for accounting and reporting

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in public accounting and/or public company environment
• BA/BS/MS degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA required.
• Experience with drafting SEC financial statements, accounting whitepapers and memos
• Strong U.S. GAAP acumen and understanding of accounting and financial reporting matters
• Demonstrated organizational, documentation, and communication skills with an ability to present findings to various levels within the corporation
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in performing all essential duties and strong attention to detail
• Experience and a desire to work in dynamic and fast paced environment that demands creativity and flexibility
• Effective time management skills, ability to prioritize assignments, and consistently meet deadlines
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in assessing large data volume
• Efficient decision making and strong analytical skills

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Proficiency with NetSuite accounting software and experience with the Workiva reporting tool
• GAAP Conversion and foreign GAAP/IFRS experience a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
