The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager – Corporate & MGA will serve as a key member of the corporate FP&A team and act as a strategic partner to senior management. The successful candidate will be a hands-on manager and will lead efforts to support the Corporate and MGA business units in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. Additionally, the FP&A Manager will support total company Cash Flow budgeting and forecasting. This position will interface directly with corporate and MGA executive management. This role is remote, but you must reside in either the Dallas, Texas or Orange County, California areas.

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead planning, reporting, and alignment of financial goals for corporate administration (US & Mexico) and MGA business
• Drive the budget, forecast and long range plan process for Corporate and MGA business units
• Responsible for financial reporting including monthly reviews with corporate executive management teams and detailed review with MGA leadership teams
• Oversee monthly companywide Cash Flow reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Lead expense management by partnering with Corporate and MGA leadership to manage expense line-items
• Create dynamic models to automate and streamline forecasting
• Strategic partner to MGA leadership. Align strategic initiatives to long range plans.
• Provide support and guidance to Corporate and MGA business units to ensure standardization and consistency in projections, reporting, and processes
• Assist in monthly close variance analysis
• Prepare reports and presentation material for Corporate Executive Leadership Team
• Perform ad hoc projects for Corporate and MGA executives on an as needed basis

The Perfect Match:

• Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in planning, analysis and financial management
• Expert excel skills required; Advanced financial modeling experience a plus
• Experience with OneStream or Hyperion Planning and Tableau preferred
• Insurance or MGA experience a plus
• Proven leadership ability, as well as strength in building internal partnerships
• Must be a team player and eager to put in extra effort
• Strong quantitative, analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively
• Well organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
