Duties

Are you Wilder's next Financial Manager? Join our multidisciplinary Economic Stability and Aging Services (ESAS) team in providing quality services that reduce poverty for families served. We are hiring a full-time Financial Manager to provide leadership, direction and support for all financial aspects of the Wilder Programs (WP) ESAS division and programs. You will ensure that ESAS’s financial reporting, policies and procedures, compliance monitoring, and financial controls are met and are consistent with overall Foundation standards. Review and monitor monthly financials. Analyze financial information regarding billing and receivables. Collaborate with program staff and WRMG to problem-solve around actions required to improve financial performance.

Job Qualifications

Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance required. Master's can be replaced with CMA or CPA certification or over 5 years Finance experience. Minimum 8 years of related financial, technical, and leadership experience. CPA or CMA preferred.
