Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the corporate accounting and FP&A group to manage and lead the month end close process
  • Assists with month-end close reports, sales force KPIs, monthly management P&Ls, content for business reviews, and Executive Committee business reviews, to support long-term planning efforts
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Marketing, Operations) to assist with quarterly revenue forecasts and NPI gate models
  • Participates with insights into data trends to enhance actionable and accurate information for decision support
  • Gathers and prepares budget versus actual performance analysis, headcount analysis and guarantee valuations
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills / Capabilities
  • General understanding of Financial Statements (i.e. income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statements)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of motivation; must feel confident taking on new tasks with manager guidance, but have the ability to think critically and follow through individually
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and to collaborate with all levels of management
  • Effective analytical ability with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Modeling
  • Proficient communication skills and ability to work effectively across the organization
Education and Experience
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
  • SAP or other large ERP system experience
