Position Summary:

This role will provide financial analysis, primarily for the Loll Designs business segment. The person in this role will be expected to bring insightful analysis and any relevant forecasting or modeling to aid planning or decision making. Success will depend upon working closely with sales and operations leadership to protect and improve profitability and efficiency. This role will evaluate, and improve pricing models, and improve information reporting as appropriate. The Financial Analyst will work with the CFO and business leaders to support overall corporate objectives, including Mergers and Acquisitions and other corporate-wide initiatives or special projects.

Principal Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

• Provide financial leadership to the Loll Designs brand in collaboration with the CFO
• Develop and sustain positive influence among all team members at Loll and Landscape Forms.
• Support decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, meaningful, and insightful reporting on business performance
• Participate in the annual company-wide budget and planning process
• Monitor, manage and report key financial indicators for Loll Designs
• Provide financial data and analysis to Loll leadership to assist in decision making
• Create and maintain costing and pricing models in collaboration with Loll and Landscape Forms leaders
• Support the creation of a Build to Inventory production model and quick ship program at Loll Designs
• Support new product development team with COGS and projection analysis
• Prepare quarterly reports and other reporting as requested
• Assist in the annual financial and 401k audits as needed.

Education and Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a CPA is preferred. Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
