With a concentration on financial planning, reporting and controlling, the financial analyst will work with the Finance team to handle day-to-day, monthly and annual Finance tasks. This role will assist the Financial Controller with the smooth functioning of the Finance department and provide assistance for customers both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in annual mid term & budget planning, monthly reforecasting and monthly closing
• Maintain analytical accounting mapping
• Maintain vendor and customer set up in ERP system
• Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations
• Perform cost accounting activities to close the month
• Complete monthly sales, gross margin and cost variance analysis
• Control inventory valuation (physical inventory, inventory reserve)
• Prepare and verify accruals and provisions (inventory, warranty, discrepancies, claims, etc.)
• Prepare daily cash reconciliation & 52W cash rolling forecasts
• Monitor AR daily activities including sales invoicing and credit issuance
• Initiate accounts receivable collection calls to ensure cash receipts on time
• Book and control expense report
• Act as back up for Accounts Payable and other general accounting related activities
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business
• Computer literate: strong Excel skills with good data manipulation and analysis ability
• First experience in finance (F/P&A or bookkeeping/accounting)
• Knowledge of business operations, systems, and processes

Preferred:

• Experience with ERP system
• Working experience in a manufacturing environment
