We achieve this by coaching and implementing change within the specific areas of business ownership, including Human Capital Management, Leadership, Practice Management, Business Management, Marketing, and Coaching/Training. This position will coach financial advisors/business owners in 1:1 and group sessions to develop skills, abilities, mindsets, competencies, and business acumen that will lead to long-term success in working with clients and leading their businesses. This position is responsible for the education, coordination, and execution of Advisor/Owner assessment, coaching and implementation, and related technology training. An additional area of focus will be investment management and more specifically, this position will aid practices with implementing repeatable investment management processes and train on related tools and methodologies. Additionally, active and meaningful participation in the Jambalaya Group team is a must.

We are looking for someone who has a professional, business coaching background, as well as someone who understands what it means to be a part of a true team with a client-service mentality. Our desire is to hire our next team member to join our smart, knowledgeable, goal-driven, client-focused, fun, outgoing, entrepreneurial, loyal, and dedicated team. Preferred education and experience include financial services designations (CFP, ChFC, CRPC, etc.), 7+ years of related experience in financial services and investment services, active securities licenses, sales training experience, financial planning, and demonstrated knowledge of Situational Leadership Styles.
