As our Finance Manager, you will be an integral part of our Finance team; leading the Financial Analyst team, and managing the forecasting and budgeting processes. This role operates with a high level of independence and responsibility.
The Role:
  • Provide leadership and direction for the financial analyst team
  • Take the lead in forecasting, ad hoc analysis and modelling work in support of strategic goals
  • Oversee the budget process, including the relationships between financial analysts and their business partners
  • Manage the overall financial reporting both those regularly required (monthly, quarterly, etc) as well as ad hoc requests and the regular data which supports it
  • Build positive relationships between finance and the rest of the organization
Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience managing in a finance, accounting, or business analytics area
  • Strong background in FP&A, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to have difficult conversations.
  • Knowledge and experience analyzing and reporting with SaaS/Subscription or Software organization
  • Experience coordinating with the accounting function to drive improved data for reporting and analytics as well as to feed back proper reporting and forecasting to accounting for a continuous improvement cycle

Location:
United States – Remote or In-Office (primary office located in Cincinnati, Ohio). Because this role supports our global business, candidates must be based in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
